College Policies

General Information

1. All students are expected to come to classes dressed respectably and clean thus setting for a good example of their ministerial calling.
2. All students are to respect and obey all faculty members
3. All students must attend all classes and school activities unless given a proper excuse signed by the lecturer and approved by the Rector.
4. All students must attend all classes, un-excused tardiness will be counted against the students
5. Only three un-excused days of absence will be accepted during each semester, Grades will be seriously affected or entirely forfeited by those not complying with this rule.
6. All school fees and cost of books together with all financial obligations to the school must be paid on time.
7. All students are required to conduct themselves in a manner which is in agreement with the standard of the Pentecostal Holiness Church (Good Christian conduct, separation from sin and worldliness).
8. No student is allowed at any time, either in school or out to smoke or use tobacco in any form or drink any strong drink (alcohol, beer, palm wine).
9. No student is allowed to attend worldly places of amusement, such as cinema, bars, clubs and avoid any appearance of evil.
10. Any student found guilty of misconduct will be properly disciplined.
11. All students living in the school dormitory must abide by all the rules applying to campus students in addition to the general rules.

Provisional Statement

The provisions of the prospectus are not to be regarded as irrevocable. Changes are effected from time to time in the general rules and regulations, fees, academic requirements and curriculums.
