Legacies in Brief

Rev. John Wayne Brooks

He was a legendary American Missionary to Nigeria. He is the founder of the West Africa Bible College. The College was indeed the direct result of the vision, passion and burden of Rev. Brooks. He had for several years before then sincerely dreamed and desired to establish a ministers’ training school in West Africa which ultimate fulfillment came to pass in 1957 in what is today known as the West Africa Bible College. This is a striking kingdom and eternal legacy. Praise God.

Rev. L.A. Pfaff

He also was a famous American Missionary of Nigeria. In the same vein, he came, revived and strengthened the college between 1980 and 1988. He raised fund, bought this permanent land and build the structures. Even in death his family is still supporting the College

Rev. Dr. Willard K. Wagner.

He is a man of profound vision who along with his amiable wife came to Lagos, Nigeria as God’s faithful and courageous missionaries while serving as Field Superintendent of West Africa for the International Pentecostal Holiness Church. As the then Principal of West Africa Bible College, he immediately began to immensely upgrade the college; academically, structurally, financially and spiritually. Rev. Wagner was the former President of WABC. As Field Superintendent, he extended IPHC Mission to Benin Republic, Togo, Ghana, Ivory Coast and Liberia. He is indeed a great Missionary.

Rev. Ernest Turner

Turner is the Regional Director of International Pentecostal Holiness Church West Africa and the Current President of West Africa Bible College. Since his inception, he has supported the College immensely during the flood of 2018 and the Covid19 of 2020. He is seriously involved in the renovation of structures in the College. He is a visionary Missionary

Rev. Dr. Luke Nnadi

Rev. Nnadi’s special call to labour in International Pentecostal Holiness Church and West Africa Bible College started in 1987 as the Dean of Students. He is humbly and faithfully working with the Missionaries for the uplifting and progress of the College. He has recorded many success stories and is indeed the father of all.
